A strong stable of well-targeted customer publications will certainly
help you win more sales and increase customer loyalty. So it
is worth thinking carefully about the full range of "publications"
which you might produce: a sales brochure; a product catalogue; a content-managed
website; a customer magazine; an internal staff newsletter; a magazine for your supply chain or value-added resellers; and annual reviews, reports and white papers for your stakeholder audience.
To be effective, publications must have a specific aim with measurable
results. For instance: "Our customer magazine must increase awareness
